2025 homecoming candidates

The students have voted, and on Wednesday, a new homecoming king and queen will be crowned during halftime of the men’s basketball game vs. Nebraska Kearney, which starts at 7:30 p.m. in Fugate Gymnasium. The women's basketball team will face Nebraska Kearney first, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Students were asked to choose the winner from a ballot sent out via email, and voting closed on Wednesday. The ballot included five male and 12 female candidates.

Following is the list of this year’s homecoming candidates:

Women:

Angelica Rodriguez, biology major with premed concentration

Beth Griffiths, golf

Alondra Valle, SGA president

Andrea Fuentes, cheer and dance

Ozioma Ajekwu, volleyball

Natalie Meyer, volleyball

Hallie Johnson, cheer and dance

Emily Pachta, psychology major with pre-med concentration 

Isabella Torres, cross country

Madison Canez, softball

Hayley Hughes, basketball

Vanessa Noftsier, bowling

Ana Zeikidze, tennis

Hayley Bonython, softball

Men:

Andrea Bramati, tennis
